Too much corruption
I am an Uttarakhandi as my ancestry is from Pithoragarh and Bagheshwar with my mother's family now on Dehradun. But always call myself proud Uttarakhandi. It's not Uttarakhand it's devbhoomi. My frustration starts on 2 points 1. Too much commercialisation and construction by govt of religious and tourist places. It's havoc on our tender mountainous environment (rich ecologies are not meant for over construction). Plus all this is benefitting outsiders not locals. 2. Too much emigration, the probable reason I unfortunately don't reside in pithoragarh. Why, despite so many resources we lack basic needs. Then we cry of illegals infiltrating our holy land.4
