Permanently shifting to Haldwani or Nainital

Recently I visited my wife’s place in the UK I’m in so much awe that I’m thinking now of relocating to her place or Nainital, I’m into digital marketing and also pursuing my Nutrition course from VLCC in Bangalore do I have any career hope there? My wife is hesitant as I will have to leave Bangalore where I already own a flat she feels this is going to be very difficult for me to restart my career kindly advice if I should let this thought go or hold on to it.
