Didn't knew GMOU has also entered E-Bus business

Saw this bus in Dehradun. It's of GMOU and plying between Dehradun and Rishikesh. Nice to see them entering into new field. But if they have so much money to buy new e-buses, why don't use that money to replace those century old buses running in the hills?
