Where should I get a tattoo from in Trivandrum? ill also give you a cookie for price estimate

I want to get a small (5cm x 5cm) tattoo on my forearm. The linework for my design is pretty delicate with a fully black color fill so i don't wanna go to a random place to fuck my hand up. Will an additional colour cost extra? Unfortunately moderately broke tho and my parents will kill me. Studio suggestions?
