Support for neutering cats in Trivandrum

Hey all, I got a message from a friend who's with a Delhi based group helping stray animals. Someone from Trivandrum got in touch with them with this message: > In trivandrum I live in thekkumood pattom adarsh nagar. I live in rented house. I have 11 cats in my house and I feed daily many cats and dogs near a fish market. This market is only 2 km from my house. They want to neuter these cats. There's a program for neutering dogs but not cats. This person also doesn't have the money to do it privately on his account. We don't know many people in Kerala.
