Is NH66 a 4 lane or 6 lane in TVM ?

In Kazhakoottam and Thiruvallom, NH66 only has 4 lanes. The service roads are already completed, so no scope of increasing it to 6 lanes. So back to the title is NH66 a 6 lane or 4 lane in TVM ? Or is it 6 lane including service road ?
