Does Trivandrum have food truck culture? I'm planning to set up here maybe future?

Even though I am working as SE in reputed company I always have a dream in my childhood to start a food truck. So in kochi there are rising no of food truck.... Even the place I live have food trucks mostly in prime locations.... Most of the selling at affordable rates.... So I am planning to start a food truck in Trivandrum mostly a snacks and drinks like kerala snacks and North indian and Western... So does Trivandrum have food truck culture? Ir Will be great to start here Also give me some recommendations what foods, truck should I start
