It's been 2 hours and my whole sleep is fucked.

I called kseb, complaint registered in 1912, called helpline and registered another complaint(they said we have to call and register complaint) with the sore throat at 4 am. Still no change, no update. These vaamana puchendikal are lazy af ig. They don't respond over phone after 1 hour if no excuse. I'm literally done for the whole day. What can I do now?
