Has Haritha karmasena stuck a QR code on your door?

A team of one lady and 2 boys came today in uniform and asked to stick a QR code at my door. I know she works for HKS. Wonder if it is to record which homes are paying or to serve as a record on how many times they actually picked up trash that month?
