Does anyone know any special education instructor?

Hey, I have a close relative (12 yearsish) who has been diagnosed with autism. He's intellectually bright and VERY good with math, but it's hard to make him pay attention or want to study. He's also addicted to digital devices as such. I talked with his parents, and they're looking for people who can homeschool the child (in the evening), or centers or schools that help with this? (He's also being taken into behavioral therapy and all, so not looking for that. Looking for educators who can reach him).
