  • Amazon Delivery Help

    Hey.. I recently ordered a shipment through Amazon. The delivery guy marked it as "Unable to contact recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact carrier for next steps." I have not received any calls today. Neither I get an option in Amazon to call the carrier. There is no viable way to contact amazon customer care as all there customer care is a custom chat that throws me in a loop with no resolution. Has anyone experienced this? Can you please help me out?
