Where exactly

Curious to know since I see it all time or hear it constantly but where exactly do you find a mentor. A real mentor not only one who has trades but is successful with a proven track record. You guys say finding a mentor is important but never where to get one. There’s not like store of mentors waiting to line up to teach people how to trade. Do where do we tf do we go?
