Trading is voluntary tumour grower

What I realized, if you are doing it by yourself and you don't have a schedule where you can get your mind off the markets, it reduces you as a person as you always have your trades at the back of your mind. You slowly start losing your mind for everything else but trading.. You are profiting but your trades get worse, less precise and as your health degrades, one sleepless night or two is enough to make you feel bad enough to be unable to close your position and you wait and wait, unwilling to take the loss which is now inevitable. Been story for me atleast. Made 15k $ + starting with ~500$ 3 times so far doong crypto trading in ranging environment shorting/longing with leverage and ended up losing everything being greedy . End result was me being broke, being reduced as a person and my health degraded. (OFCOURSE THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SHOULD DO IT BUT MOST PEOPLE TRADE ALONE AND END UP IN THIS RABBIT HOLE)
