Taking a shot at swing trading

I've been trying to absorb information about many different trading strategies and I think I've settled on the one that makes the most sense to me. Currently I'm trying my hand at swing trading using the EMA trend lines and RSI momentum. I'm currently up 3.51% on my first trade (I purchased on 2/11) and I'm trying to decide how to plan my exit strategy. My goal was 3% return but the price of the stock continues to close above the 10-EMA line. Even though I've crossed my initial target, should I continue to hold regardless of how long as long as the price continues to close above the 10?
