T3 Trading Group / T3 Global

Can anyone give me legitimate insights into T3 Trading Group? I understand the upfront capital allocation requirement is dicey but I think as a prop shop it can make sense to provide some capital to get access to the firm's leverage. As a "new trader" (years of independent experience but none professionally) can anyone speak to their training, culture, and the setup they give to traders? I've found some posts online about them but most are old or clearly from outside the firm itself. Is this like the Northwestern Mutual of prop shops or a legitimate place to get a start in the industry?
