Neex, anyone know anything about this platform?

I have received a job offer from this company, but they are requesting my ID and passport to make me an offer. They claimed to be an international company and will be setting an office soon in Malaysia as well. I had online interview with one of the guy in charge and overall experiences seems kinda legit. But on their LinkedIn, I can see some real people but some seems like fake profile claims to be working with them.
