my trading journey so far

so i got to 6 payouts ($27k+) so far but recently ive been struggling with my trading in the first quarter of the year. Ive gotten 1 payout of $5800 in january this year and i dont think i can get another one in feb. i can find good setups easily but i guess my problem is that i dont take profits when i have to which results in my trade reversing and i get stopped out at breakeven or at a loss. These losses built up over time and it really makes me frustrated which leads to even more mistakes. Ive blown my initial express funded account on topstep which i have been taking payouts from since last october and mutiple other combines and express funded accounts since my last payout in jan. Any thoughts and advice on how i can improve my mentality going forward? i feel this is one of the last hurdles i have to overcome before i can truly reach consistent profitability. my goal this year is to hit 6 figures and i hope i can archive this in 2025…
