Day Trading

Got 5k saved , Been learning and growing my knowledge and as a trader for about a year and half now. played around and profited on a lot of demo accounts and now im here. I want to officially start! i’ve traded FX pairs mainly USDJPY , And Gold. I’ve tried a couple us30 and sp500 from a friends demo and i love how aggressively they move. Whats y’all opinions on indicies? I understand you can’t trade them on regulated brokers. I prefer to devote 2 a hours a day to a good trade session. So scalping is probably going to he my primary trading type. Also , i would like some recommendations on good brokers for regular pairs and gold and also some good ones for indicies too.
