Coping with a huge loss

Hi all I have posted recently regarding a recent miss hap with a trade I went out of one into another and it’s turning out to be the biggest loss I’ve ever had Seeing the asset you sold continue rising and the one you’ve bought continue dropping is crushing As much as I’m trying to forget it I just can’t Any words of encouragement or advice would help
