Beginner trader looking for any stock advice

Looking to get advice from more experience traders. Open to all opinions. I have $7,000 in Robin Hood spread across several stocks So far I've been researching and looking for the stocks with the most potential for short-term gains. Buying and selling after about 2 weeks to 2 months. Then I will look for more stocks to do the same thing. I have maintained a 15% profit over 3 months but I'm still a novice investor and not sure if this is the best strategy.
