What are your thoughts on this book - Day Trading: Momentum, Level 2 and Reading the Tape by Robertas Ceponas?

Book- Day Trading: Momentum, Level 2 and Reading the Tape - by Robertas Ceponas. Available on Amazon. Have anybody here read this book and found it useful? I'm intending to purchase it but I'm not sure if this book has some helpful content. This book is available from last one year. As title states, this book speaks about trading using level 2 data and tape reading which is something I'm not familiar at all. I occasionally trade using moving averages and other indicators. I'm not consistently profitable yet. What wonders me is, this book on Amazon has only one 2 star review and few 4 stars and mostly 5 star reviews! This kept me thinking if most or all are paid reviews. And also I have a feeling like if I don't read this book I might miss a money making opportunity. If you have read this book, please comment. I want to know if your trading has improved after applying the methods stated in this book. Thank you.
