S&P 500: What Is Smart Money Doing Right Now?
Taking a closer look at my charts for the S&P 500, one key observation stands out: **Smart money sold out precisely on time during the latest peak but has not yet returned with meaningful buying activity.** As shown in the chart, institutional investors - often referred to as "smart money" - are cautious. Historically, they wait for **early but robust trends of stabilization** before re-entering the market. Notably, we’ve seen this behavior before: smart money sold ahead of the U.S. election but re-entered quite quickly afterward, signaling confidence in the rebound. However, this time, they have **not confirmed the latest bounce attempt**, raising questions about the sustainability of the recent rally. What’s your take—will smart money step in soon, or does this signal more turbulence ahead? https://preview.redd.it/zn7j46zxpf9e1.png?width=1081&format=png&auto=webp&s=d1ded553f65a255f39180315adf02d8adf04b6831
