professional scalpers!

Hi I'm doing prop challenge in a prop firm. i have been profitable on the last prop firm. with the account without fees. when i switched my stats suddenly became dull. i trade USDJPY with 5.3 lot size. yes!! 5.3 lot size. feels like my psychology is been affected and the fees got me! i should have completed the challenge in 1st week. and today i switched to XAU. lost 400 dollers. i follow a strict risk management. but still today i broke it. which clearly says that my psychology is lacking again. if you got any solutions please comment! thankyou in advance!
