NEWBIE HERE day trading stocks. I’ve developed a set of rules that I follow, confluences and all and I’ve been backtesting them extensively. I’m still refining the strategy, encountering new challenges, and adjusting for different scenarios as I go. Right now, I’ve transitioned to paper trading, which brings a whole new set of challenges—especially with the fast-paced nature of real-time execution. I’m tracking my win rate based on how often I profit while strictly following my rules, and so far, I’m seeing a **60-65% win rate** with a **1:1.5 risk-to-reward ratio**.. For those who have been through this process, **how long should I continue paper trading before going live? What win rate should I aim for before going to live?**
