How to Differentiate Major and Minor Highs and Lows in a Trend?
Hello everyone, I’m trying to better understand the distinction between major and minor highs and lows in technical analysis. From what I know: In an uptrend, a major low is a key level. If the price drops below it, this could signal a potential trend reversal. In a downtrend, a major high plays the same role: if the price breaks above it, it may indicate a trend reversal. I’d like to refine my understanding with more precise criteria. Also, since I trade swing on H4, I can take two trades at a time based on my strategy. However, I pay close attention to asset correlations to avoid excessive exposure to the same market movements. My question: When analyzing correlations, is it better to do so on H4, D1, or the weekly timeframe? Thanks in advance for your insights!1
