How do you decide the best approach for a token immediately after a massive bull run?

I woke up to find that BGB had flipped Pepe, LTC, and even BCC in terms of MCAP, currently at $10.2B atm. Of course, like most people here, I decided to check what's happening, and as a result I noticed that in the top 2 trending coins on CMC, with over 60% ROI in the past 7 days and more than 360% in a month. All of this points to good momentum for the token, which is very good, all things considered. My question now is what might be responsible for this. At first, I thought it was generally because we are in a bull run, but then again, I thought if it was just because of the momentum of BTC, then it would have stopped when BTC did, like most alt coins did but it doesn't look like it. It's still pulling amazing numbers, I'm holding a bit of the token and I'd like to know what a forecast for BGB would be, because I intend to hold long term.
