Buying Nifty PE till next expiry. Good idea?

The market is going down like crazy and I'm considering buying PE because well there doesn't seems to be any stopping to this anytime soon. Also, there is some China bond news. All factors seem to add up. Would this be a good idea? I just intend on make some money guys. Please give me your suggestion.
