Scared for my 7 year old because of auto driver

So I daily pick up my daughter from school at 6 and take share auto for station. Yesterday took an auto like always but out of four , two co passengers were the driver's friend. Third passenger a lady got down 10 minutes away from the actual stop. Now the driver went a little ahead and asked me to get down and walk to the station . I said this is not where the regular drivers drop the passengers . Why should I cross this crossroad with my little one. The conversation took a heated turn. He said paise mat de aur nikal yahan se. I told him how are you talking like this, it's not about money it's about rules. You are troubling me unnecessarily. You shouldn't have taken passengers if you didn't want to drop them to the actual location. But then too he didn't even cross the road for us. Now all this argument was happening in front of my child. I am concerned what if he harms my child as that's my regular route..
