Noise pollution complaint

Hi all, Wanted to understand if there is any helpline for reporting noise pollution in Thane? There is an open function hall in Raghunath Nagar next to my house and there is loud music and firecrackers late into the night almost everyday! It's getting quite crazy tbh - any suggestions? TIA
