Need some advice regarding parking bike in open

Hello bikers of thane. Planning to buy a Bike, but no covered parking. Hello, I am planning to get a RE Himalayan 450 in the coming months. My only concern is that the parking facility is not covered ie. open parking outside building (secured space). Should I just look for a covered parking or will a good rain cover be enough because monsoons here are never-ending. If the latter, please suggest some good options too. PS. I see bikes ranging from Splendor to Triumph Bonnies soaking in the rainy throughout monsoon. I'm sure that's not ideal, right? Thanks all in advance
