Man i love dogs but these stray dogs are such a menace , where can i complain about them?

Their population has increased so much in our society Other day when i had to pick up someone from airport late at night , i was going to parking of my society which is like 200 m from my lobby and they started barking at me Like I literally did nothing, just walking Now today they started chasing blinkit delivery guy in the society Most ‘dog lovers’ have put collars on them and feed them but obviously wont take them in their house cause they aren’t ‘aesthetic dogs’ It’s such an inconvenience man ,like what to even do
