Looking to rent a 1bhk not far from kasarvadavali

Hi guys I need a 1bhk around kasarvadavali since commute to college through ghodbunder road for the past two years has taken a year or two from my lifespan. I made this post to inquire about the price range since these brokers take us kids for naive people and overcharge.... 3-4 students pg also please let me know about how much down payment they charge or if you guys know about flats for rent.
