Appreciation post for momo seller

Visited his cart a couple of days ago while exploring and my god after a long time I had really good hand made momos with fresh tomato chutney. Had a chat with him and loved his purpose of only serving fresh rather than frozen. He’s kept a small menu, sells veg, paneer and chicken steam/ fried momos, but so good! 10 pcs for 100₹ (which I thought was super cheap) Go show him some love, he’s recently started the business, hope he maintains quality.
