Any homeowners from Kalpataru Park City??

My family booked a flat in the Kalpataru Park City township for their Immensa project around 2-3 years ago. After much delay in handing over the flat ( bookings started way back in 2016) many of the homeowners are going to move in , in the next 3-4 months , including me. So I recently discovered this subreddit , and wanted to ask y'all are there any existing members from the Kalpataru Park City township (Their Sunrise project was delivered around 4 years ago) without doxxing yourself ofcourse. Also if any of you are already staying in the township or around the area , what's your general review about the area? On a serious note , really excited to finally be a Thanekar ! Not so excited for the traffic which I've heard is a menace , but I'm moving from the KDMC zone , so anything is an upgrade lol.
