Please suggest an idea to make her first birthday very special and memorable as it will be her first birthday since we are in a relationship

Hello Thanekars, Thanks for the wonderful ideas given in my previous post requesting suggestions for planning our first meet, it went quite well, Now we are to get married in March and its her first birthday in feb since we are in a relationship. Please suggest me gifting ideas, or any other suggestion to make it memorable and special.
