    Looking for recommendations for personal fitness trainers for regular home workouts.

    Alright guys, it’s that time of the year again. When you make resolutions you can’t keep up with. However, this time around I thought I’d actually take the effort and find the right person to help me stay on course! I’m looking for a knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer (someone not very expensive) to help me with regular morning workouts, 5 days a week. The sessions will be 30-45 minutes long and will take place at my society gym, which is small but well-equipped. Here’s what I’m looking for: • Someone who can create structured workout plans tailored to my fitness goals. • Expertise in nutrition and diet planning to complement the workouts. • A trainer who’s reliable, professional, and motivated to keep me on track.
