What’s the huge construction happening on the Vasant Vihar - Mhada area ground?!

I've noticed these three large holes dug up in the ground, and it looks like they’re filling them in for pillars! It doesn't look like a typical residential building…something feels off. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Is there a way I can find out more?
