Self work spaces / library recommendations?

My home is rather small and there's construction going on in the adjoining building, so there's a lot of noise. Any per day basis places where I can sit and work with my laptop in peace on a desk? Also fine with libraries. Just need silence. Please recommend. I stay near Teen haat naka. Thanks a lot redditors!
