Living situation for single M20 at GB road?

The title sums it all up. My friend, is a guy who has his exams coming up and want to focus on his studies for the next couple of months. Areas around anand nagar are at first preference. A place anywhere from 1rk to sharing a bhk anything is fine. Not picky. Any help/leads will be appreciated:) It's for a friend.
