Is Excitel Fibre closing down it's operations in thane?

Is Excitel Fibre closing down it's operations in thane? A few days back I had been facing several disconnection issues with Excitel in my locality. As per the local service provider he mentions that Excitel is closing down it's operations hence the issue. With regards to speed I never had issues with Excitel but for last few days there has been a lot of downtimes/disconnection for more than 24 hours. When I contact their support the call does not go through as it does not recognize my number as registered number for some reason. Also, Raising complaints on app gets no attention and I usually have to wait for maybe an hour or two before it comes back suddenly. I had technician come by once, They checked and everything seemed to be fine with the router and connections. Is any one else facing these issues? I'm in dilemma whether I should change the ISP or believe Excitel Team that they are not closing operations in Thane and issues are now resolved. Btw Just for information I'm heavy Internet user I have a 200 Mbps speed plan. Options I have right now which I am aware of - Airtel Air Fibre, Mach1 and some local ISP from my Excitel backend service provider.
