GRAND CENTRAL PARK...* conditions apply...

I went to Grand Central Park for the second time. Since I didn’t have a vehicle, I had to walk all the way inside through the Kalpataru Park City gate. Once inside, I realized that earlier they used to accept Google Pay for the entry fee, but now they don’t even have that option. I mean, they’ve spent around ₹90 crore approx ..to build the park, but they couldn’t maintain basic digital payment facilities. As a result, I had to pay in cash. The park itself is very good—huge and seemingly inspired by New York’s Central Park, probably because of the bridge there. Later after roaming. I sat and started reading Bill Bryson’s book, and suddenly I heard a whistling sound. It turned out they were vacating the park because it was 11:00 AM, ...The park reopens at 1:00 PM. I mean, what the heck? A public park should be open throughout the day. This is what I don’t like ..ek toh They create this grand park, which we didn’t even ask for, and then impose such restrictive conditions. Later, I went to Kolshet Creek to sit and read the book. However, even there, the space was occupied by people performing last rites for the deceased. Since there wasn’t much I could do about that either, I eventually decided to go home.
