Calls from different numbers to HR, contributes to Harassment?

Sorry for posting here, r/LegalAdviceIndia has banned me cause I spoke hindi in a post's comments. I made calls to the HR from my previous company. Had an initial discussion, post that HR stopped receiving my calls. Details of calls - 1. My number 2. Friends number 3. My second number Will me calling the HR asking for a reliving letter contribute to harassment?
