Is this spam? How to avoid these?

I got a call from this number +67.... Automated message stating my credentials are used extensively in dark web and they are taking legal action against me. It looked like a scam call and disconnected call. I'm getting lot of calls like this these days. Is there a way to block or avoid these? Even Truecaller is not detecting it as spam
