  • Cctv issue with neighbour in my apartment. Who's wrong here?

Hey all. Recently installed a wifi ptz cctv camera to monitor my door way and delivery agents coming to my apartment. The issue is I cannot place the cctv to monitor the door without it having some portion of my neighbour's door which is exactly opposite to mine. I tried my best not to include his door in the view but after trying many angles and positioning, some portion of his door will be visible (like 10 % in the bottom left) which covers nothing but their door mat. The thing is I don't mean to cover their door or I'm not intended to invade their privacy which I gain nothing from. It is hard to cover my door way without having some portion of their door in the view. They're saying it's invading privacy but they always open their door while everyone in the flat always keep their door closed. Everyone going down and up sees every thing and every activity in their home. If they actually cared about privacy they would've always kept their doors shut. Why are they acting like that bottom left corner of the coverage would be a threat to their privacy? What exactly can I see from that? I know setting a camera which would cover entire door or window of others is illegal and immoral. But scenario here is different. Or I could be wrong. Pls conclude who is right and wrong here. What can I do further?
