Veg non veg survay

Hey, I want to open a Zomato/Swiggy restaurant from home. I have a few professional chefs in my team I want to utilize after hours. I was wondering how many people in Surat would support my small business. What should be the main goal, vegetarian or non-vegetarian? The location will be remote, but delivery will be citywide. Offering both is not possible; vegetarian people don't eat from non-vegetarian places due to separate utensils and so on. Share your thoughts, please. Thanks.
