Urgent help for severely injured stray dog!

I came across a heavily injured stray dog near surat railway station after the Delhi Gate. Right where the new Bus Depo is now. Idk what to do. I called prayas and 1962 but all are asking me to wait. I can't sit patiently at work. Please please guide me out. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
