Need help from someone into Diamonds!!

Hello, actually I need to learn how to calculate cost of polish diamond if you are doing process of Rough to Polish. Example, I took rough for 20 USD, labour shall be 20 USD. Output of rough is 37% including each stones, and 26% for main stone above Carat.
