How do you confess to a Kathiyawadi girl?

So, I’ve got a bit of a situation. The girl I like is my neighbor, and we were in the same class back in school. But we kind of went our separate ways after college. During university, I focused heavily on my studies, pretty much ignoring everything else. After landing a job, though, I realized that the daily grind isn’t as fun as I thought. I kept thinking about her and now I feel like I should’ve confessed to her sooner. Finally, I've decided to tell her how I feel, but I have no idea where to start or what steps to take. I’m really lost on how to approach this. Can anyone give me advice on how to make the first move or what the best way to confess might be?
