Best early morning breakfast and lunch spot in Surat?

I will be traveling to Surat and reach station around 8AM in the morning, I have work in Passport Office(Umra) at 10:30AM, so I have around 2 hours of free time. Can anyone suggest some good breakfast spots which aren't too far from station/passport office or fall enroute? I have never tried Khawsa or Aloopuri or Angoori before. I've had Locho, Khaman, Khandvi, Khamni. Also any good restaurant for Lunch (value for money types). Surti cuisine or something unique. I've had Kathiyawadi so not interested in that, no Pizza and stuff either. I'm Non-Vegetarian.
