Average food innovation in surat

Before you come at me, I love the food here, the street food is absolutely amazing and it's very hard to find a place where people are as crazy for street food as everyone is here but with that being said so many vendors are selling literal shit, feeding substandard food that doesn't even taste good. And to keep up with every growing crowd of street food vendors, they start innovating and please it's getting out of hand. The other day I say Rooh afza Idli, Gurung momos has chocolate momos on the menu, like who the fuck is even ordering this? Just stick to something nice and make it so good, that people can't resist. Also, Cheese aur mayonnaise daalne se khana better nahi hota, a good dish is a balanced dish but nahi har jagah cheese ghusa do. TDLR: Rant about surat's obsession with cheese
